Deals Colony was founded in 2014 by Monika Kulshrestha with a simple belief:

The world's greatest waste isn't landfill. It's untapped human potential.

What began as a flexible-work experiment after leaving a corporate career has evolved into a community innovation platform connecting people, ideas, skills and resources with practical opportunities.
