Who We Are

Deals Colony is a registered Australian social enterprise founded in 2014 by Monika Kulshrestha.

For more than a decade, we've been designing and delivering practical community innovation that helps organisations unlock underused skills, ideas and resources to create measurable social, environmental and economic outcomes.

Today our work spans community innovation, digital inclusion, circular economy, workforce participation, youth innovation and ESG delivery through one integrated Community Innovation Operating Model™.
