Is Ansarada worth it for startups raising capital?
I keep seeing Ansarada pop up in startup circles here in AU. They advertise a lot about AI tools and deal prep, but I can’t tell if that’s just marketing fluff. Has anyone here actually used it for fundraising or due diligence?

I’ve been through a capital raise using Australian Data Room’s Ansarada, and honestly, it did make the process smoother. The AI-driven “readiness” features were kind of overhyped, but the real value was in how organized everything was, investors could jump in, see only what they needed, and we could track activity in real time. It’s definitely pricier than some other options, but if you’re dealing with multiple investors and heavy due diligence, it pays off in peace of mind.
