Brisbane 2032 Procurement: Mental Fortitude’s Circular Innovation Journey | Deals Colony - Case Study #002
Mental Fortitude | Redcliffe Peninsula, Queensland
Born in Redcliffe. Built on resilience. Designed to create connection.
The Challenge
Mental Fortitude had already built a strong grassroots foundation through fitness racing events, community activations, sporting sponsorships and collaborations across health, wellbeing and local businesses.
The next challenge was exploring how that foundation could develop into a stronger commercial opportunity while building circular, responsible and locally connected approaches to product and supply.
For Queensland small businesses, Brisbane 2032 procurement readiness can start before a tender is released. Understanding your capabilities, local supply relationships, sustainability practices and potential contribution can help position your business for future opportunities.
Circular Innovation Connection
Following our connection through the Brisbane 2032 Ready Breakfast Forum at Pine Rivers Chamber Of Commerce, we continued the conversation through email exchanges and one face-to-face/virtual catch-up.
The conversation explored what Mental Fortitude was already building and where existing skills, brand, products, relationships and experience could potentially connect with:
Circular economy • Local supply • Sport • Wellbeing • Charity • Community • Procurement
Rather than starting from scratch, we explored how existing assets could create new opportunities.
