AI starter session on reused devices: a council program

The problem. People feel left out of AI tools and unsure how to use them safely. Who it helps. A council or library team hosting it, helping households and small groups with old devices. What you start with. A reused laptop and a plain explainer. What is delivered. A short session covers one safe task, with any AI assisted work clearly disclosed. A community officer hosts it with local partners and follows progress. How progress is known. Tasks learned are ticked off. A short summary is shared with the council, with names and personal details left out. Main purpose. The main purpose is access to a useful product or service, or less waste going to landfill, for the community. Honest limits. AI answers must be checked before use, and privacy comes first. Any AI assisted work is disclosed and checked before it is used. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. This is a new idea built on work Deals Colony has already documented. It has not been run yet. Start with a free Initial Assessment for Your Idea.
