Market carry kits: a school project

The problem. Stallholders hand out new bags at every market. Who it helps. A school: students designing low waste packs, with a teacher in charge. What you start with. Bags and wraps for market stalls. What is delivered. Stallholders get a reusable bag set to lend or sell back. It fits a school term, with the teacher in charge of timing and safety. How progress is known. Bags lent and returned are recorded. Main purpose. The main purpose is access to a useful product or service, or less waste going to landfill, for the community. Honest limits. Returns need a simple, honest way of being tracked. Child safe practice applies: parent or guardian permission, adult supervision, privacy protection and an inclusive setting. Items are described accurately, in line with Australian consumer law, and custom made or refurbished items are disclosed. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. This is a new idea built on work Deals Colony has already documented. It has not been run yet.
