Mentor match for career change: a community group project

The problem. Career changers lack someone to ask. Who it helps. A community group working together, helping professionals changing careers who need a real project to show. What you start with. A mentor and a mentee. What is delivered. A mentor is matched on skills and availability. A small group works through it together, week by week. How progress is known. Meetings held are recorded. Main purpose. The main purpose is a pathway to work, training or a first venture for the people taking part. Honest limits. Matching depends on who is available.
