Digital clutter clean out: a council program
The problem. Old digital files sit unused and cost time to search. Who it helps. A council or library team hosting it, helping people who run or work in small offices, workspaces and event teams. What you start with. Old files, photos, slides and templates. What is delivered. Files are sorted, the useful ones are reused as templates or story material, and the rest are archived or deleted. A community officer hosts it with local partners and follows progress. How progress is known. Folders sorted and templates reused are counted. A short summary is shared with the council, with names and personal details left out. Main purpose. The main purpose is access to a useful product or service, or less waste going to landfill, for the community. Honest limits. Private data is protected and nothing is shared without agreement. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. This is a new idea built on work Deals Colony has already documented. It has not been run yet.
