The problem. People have skills no one hears about. Who it helps. A workplace team backing the project. The people helped are neighbours who want a low pressure way to meet people. A named team lead runs it alongside normal work, and taking part is voluntary. How progress is known. Tasters given and people who attended are counted. A short summary is shared with your team, with names and personal details left out. Main purpose. The main purpose is access to a useful product or service, or less waste going to landfill, for the community. Honest limits. Offers are voluntary.
