The problem. Small packing tasks are not offered as a first step toward work. Who it helps. One person or family at a time, from among people facing barriers to paid work, with the organisations that support them. What you start with. Herb seeds, small pots and printed cards. What is delivered. Kits are filled, packed and labelled by hand. You work at your own pace and begin with a free Initial Assessment. How progress is known. Kits packed and skills tried are recorded. Main purpose. The main purpose is a pathway to work, training or a first venture for the people taking part. Honest limits. Seed life and timing matter.
