Product and packaging design: a community group project

The problem. Packaging adds waste and cost. Who it helps. A community group working together, helping makers and hobbyists ready to turn a skill into a small brand. What you start with. A product idea and recycled packaging. What is delivered. A product and its low waste packaging are designed together. A small group works through it together, week by week. How progress is known. Designs completed are ticked off. Main purpose. The main purpose is a pathway to work, training or a first venture for the people taking part. Honest limits. Design costs are real. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. This is a new idea built on work Deals Colony has already documented. It has not been run yet.
