Unused space for community use: a personal trial

The problem. Rooms sit empty while local groups search for somewhere to meet. Who it helps. One person or family at a time, from among people who run or work in small offices, workspaces and event teams. What you start with. A spare meeting room, hall or corner of a workspace. What is delivered. A room is offered for a few community sessions, with a simple booking and house rules. You work at your own pace and begin with a free Initial Assessment. How progress is known. Sessions held and groups hosted are counted. Main purpose. The main purpose is access to a useful product or service, or less waste going to landfill, for the community. Honest limits. Insurance, access and safety rules must be agreed first. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. This is a new idea built on work Deals Colony has already documented. It has not been run yet. Start with a free Initial Assessment for Your Idea.
