Five part resource audit: a council program

The problem. Useful resources go unnoticed. Who it helps. A council or library team hosting it, helping very small local businesses preparing to sell to larger buyers. What you start with. A one page list for skills, stories, relationships, products and information. What is delivered. Each item is rated as ready, nearly ready or not yet. A community officer hosts it with local partners and follows progress. How progress is known. Items rated are counted. A short summary is shared with the council, with names and personal details left out. Main purpose. The main purpose is access to a useful product or service, or less waste going to landfill, for the community. Honest limits. Self rating needs a second view. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. This is a new idea built on work Deals Colony has already documented. It has not been run yet. Start with a free Initial Assessment for Your Idea.

Council program. Each item is rated as ready, nearly ready or not yet.
