Brain dump and idea ranking: a workplace project
The problem. Good ideas get lost among many half formed ones. Who it helps. A workplace team backing the project. The people helped are hobbyists with an idea they want to test. What you start with. A notebook and up to ten raw ideas. What is delivered. Ideas, frustrations and roadblocks are listed, rated for experience and passion, and ranked to pick one to test. A named team lead runs it alongside normal work, and taking part is voluntary. How progress is known. Ideas ranked and one idea chosen are written down. A short summary is shared with your team, with names and personal details left out. Main purpose. The main purpose is a pathway to work, training or a first venture for the people taking part. Honest limits. Ranking helps choose. It does not predict success. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. This is a new idea built on work Deals Colony has already documented. It has not been run yet. Start with a free Initial Assessment for Your Idea.
