The Circular Artisan Horse Lamp™ is more than a handcrafted lighting piece—it's a real example of how circular product design can create environmental, social and economic value.
 
Created as part of our Circular Product Design for Social Procurement™ initiative, this project brought together surplus materials, local creativity and inclusive employment to transform an existing product into a unique statement piece.
 
Each lamp is individually hand-painted, making every piece one of a kind.
Designed Through Community Innovation
This project demonstrates how organisations can work together to create products with purpose.
Working alongside an Australian Disability Enterprise, we supplied surplus materials and co-designed a creative production process that helped build practical skills, meaningful work opportunities and new social procurement pathways.
What started as a creative workshop became an opportunity to produce unique products while supporting inclusive employment and reducing unnecessary waste.
