A short session covers one task, such as booking or banking. A named team lead runs it alongside normal work, and taking part is voluntary. How progress is known. Tasks learned are ticked off. A short summary is shared with your team, with names and personal details left out. Main purpose. The main purpose is a pathway to work, training or a first venture for the people taking part. Honest limits. Privacy and safe practice come first. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record.
