Stationery that missed its season: a council program

The problem. Seasonal stationery sits in storage after its season ends. Who it helps. A council or library team hosting it, helping small makers, stallholders and neighbours holding leftover stock. What you start with. Boxed stationery and notebooks that missed their season. What is delivered. Stock is repacked into small desk or study sets with a short story card. A community officer hosts it with local partners and follows progress. How progress is known. Sets made and sold are counted. A short summary is shared with the council, with names and personal details left out. Main purpose. The main purpose is access to a useful product or service, or less waste going to landfill, for the community. Honest limits. Seasonal items stay slow without a clear occasion. Items are described accurately, in line with Australian consumer law, and custom made or refurbished items are disclosed. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. This is a new idea built on work Deals Colony has already documented. It has not been run yet.
