Paper and packaging repurposing: a workplace project

The problem. Paper and packaging pile up after every delivery. Who it helps. A workplace team backing the project. The people helped are people who run or work in small offices, workspaces and event teams. Staff take part voluntarily, outside performance reviews. What you start with. Clean paper, cartons and packaging from deliveries. What is delivered. Materials are collected, sorted and turned into packing, craft or workshop supplies. A named team lead runs it alongside normal work, and taking part is voluntary. How progress is known. Bags of material collected and reused are counted. A short summary is shared with your team, with names and personal details left out. Main purpose. The main purpose is access to a useful product or service, or less waste going to landfill, for the community. Honest limits. Contaminated or damaged material is not reused.
