Cardboard construction: a community organisation project

The problem. Cardboard is recycled after one use. Who it helps. A charity or community organisation delivering it, helping people who want to learn to make with discarded materials. What you start with. Flat cardboard and cartons. What is delivered. Designs are drawn, cut and joined into models, stands or storage. Your organisation leads delivery with support from the Deals Colony team. How progress is known. Designs completed are counted. A short summary is shared with your board or members, with names and personal details left out. Main purpose. The main purpose is access to a useful product or service, or less waste going to landfill, for the community. Honest limits. Cardboard weakens in damp conditions. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. This is a new idea built on work Deals Colony has already documented. It has not been run yet.
