Lunchbox delivery trial: a council program

The problem. Students lack a way to test a small food idea. Who it helps. A council or library team hosting it, helping university and senior students who want a first paid role. What you start with. A student with a recipe and a local customer. What is delivered. A small delivery is tested for one or two customers. A community officer hosts it with local partners and follows progress. How progress is known. Orders delivered and customer feedback are recorded. A short summary is shared with the council, with names and personal details left out. Main purpose. The main purpose is a pathway to work, training or a first venture for the people taking part. Honest limits. Food rules and delivery safety apply. Child safe practice applies: parent or guardian permission, adult supervision, privacy protection and an inclusive setting. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. This is a new idea built on work Deals Colony has already documented. It has not been run yet.
