Mini food court: a personal trial

The problem. Students seldom practise teamwork in a real small business. Who it helps. One person or family at a time, from among teachers, students and parents in a school community. What you start with. A few simple, safe food ideas. What is delivered. Classes each run one stall, from menu to pricing to waste sorting. You work at your own pace and begin with a free Initial Assessment. How progress is known. Stalls run and waste sorted are recorded. Main purpose. The main purpose is access to a useful product or service, or less waste going to landfill, for the community. Honest limits. Food safety and allergy rules apply. Child safe practice applies: parent or guardian permission, adult supervision, privacy protection and an inclusive setting. Items are described accurately, in line with Australian consumer law, and custom made or refurbished items are disclosed. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. This is a new idea built on work Deals Colony has already documented. It has not been run yet. Start with a free Initial Assessment for Your Idea.
