Reusable cloth wash bags as wrapping: a community organisation project

The problem. Single use wrapping is thrown away after one day. Who it helps. A charity or community organisation delivering it, helping small makers and gift sellers who want less packaging waste. What you start with. Reusable cloth wash bags. What is delivered. A gift pack is built so the cloth bag is both the wrapping and a keepsake. Your organisation leads delivery with support from the Deals Colony team. How progress is known. Packs made, and packs sold or given, are counted. A short summary is shared with your board or members, with names and personal details left out. Main purpose. The main purpose is access to a useful product or service, or less waste going to landfill, for the community. Honest limits. Fabric needs washing and finishing before it holds skincare or food. Items are described accurately, in line with Australian consumer law, and custom made or refurbished items are disclosed. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. Deals Colony has run or described this kind of project before, under Zero-Waste Gifting. Your version is a fresh trial and its results are not promised. Start with a free Initial Assessment for Your Idea.
