Skills inventory and story: a workplace project

The problem. Skills built outside paid work are not on a CV. Who it helps. A workplace team backing the project. The people helped are mums and other carers returning to paid work. What you start with. Your work, caring and community history. What is delivered. Skills are listed, grouped and turned into three clear strengths. A named team lead runs it alongside normal work, and taking part is voluntary. How progress is known. Strengths written and shared are recorded. A short summary is shared with your team, with names and personal details left out. Main purpose. The main purpose is a pathway to work, training or a first venture for the people taking part. Honest limits. A skills list helps. It does not replace applying for roles. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record. This is a new idea built on work Deals Colony has already documented. It has not been run yet. Start with a free Initial Assessment for Your Idea.
