Sponsor a community project: a community group project

The problem. Good local projects lack a sponsor. Who it helps. A community group working together, helping community groups that want a funded local project. What you start with. A local sponsor and a clear project. What is delivered. A sponsor is matched to a small project with a plan. A small group works through it together, week by week. How progress is known. Project steps and participants are recorded. Main purpose. The main purpose is access to a useful product or service, or less waste going to landfill, for the community. Honest limits. Sponsors do not direct the people being helped. Ownership of your idea stays with you, and no job, funding or contract is promised. Track record.
