The Workforce Entrepreneurship Program introduces you to the core skills needed to help your organisation reduce waste, design smarter systems, and contribute to a circular economy — while also learning how entrepreneurship works inside real workplaces. As a new intern or employee, you’ll learn how circular thinking applies in real business settings and how small internal changes can create large‑scale impact. This program builds your capability to identify waste, rethink resources, and design solutions that support long‑term sustainability goals. You’ll explore how circular economy projects actually work, and how your organisation can build real impact data for ESG reporting. You’ll also learn how ideas grow into funded projects and how businesses transition from linear to circular models. We’ll show you how circular and sustainability projects are funded and supported in the real world, including: green financing, innovation grants, university partnerships, accelerator programs, government initiatives, social enterprise pathways. Through hands‑on tasks, you’ll apply circular principles to everyday operations such as office management, procurement, technology use, events, and marketing materials. These internal activities create a safe, low‑risk environment to test ideas, build confidence, and understand how circular systems work before applying them at scale. Your project experience contributes directly to your organisation’s ESG reporting by helping set baselines, track improvements, and demonstrate measurable progress in waste reduction, resource efficiency, and social impact.
