Members must not use Deals Colony to:

• Conduct scams or fraud

• Promote illegal activities

• Misrepresent qualifications

• Create fake impact claims

• Greenwash ESG or CSR activities

We believe measurable impact should always be supported by evidence.

 

Marketplace Standards

Products and services listed through Deals Colony should:

• Be accurately described.

• Meet Australian consumer laws.

• Respect copyright and trademarks.

• Clearly disclose custom-made or refurbished items where applicable.

• Follow relevant safety requirements.

 

Children & Young People

Programs involving children must:

• Follow child-safe practices.

• Obtain required parental or guardian permissions.

• Comply with Australian child safety requirements.

• Maintain appropriate supervision.

 

AI & Digital Innovation

Participants using AI through Deals Colony should:

• Use AI responsibly.

• Respect privacy.

• Verify important information before publishing.

• Avoid generating harmful or misleading content.

• Clearly disclose AI-assisted work where appropriate.

Membership & Participation

• Remove content.

• End memberships.
